FSG

You have the right to ask us about our charges, the type of advice we offer, and what you can do if you have any queries or a complaint.

A Financial Services Guide (‘FSG’) is intended to inform you of certain basic matters relating to our relationship, prior to us providing you with a financial service. The matters covered by the FSG include:

- Who we are
- How we can be contacted
- What services we are authorised to provide
- How we (and any other relevant parties) are remunerated,
- Details of any potential conflicts of interest, and
- Details of our internal and external dispute resolution procedures and how you can access them.

It is intended that this FSG should assist you in determining whether to use any of the Financial Services offered by Capital Creation Pty Ltd (Capital Creation).

You should also be aware that you are entitled to receive a Statement of Advice whenever we provide you with any advice which takes into account your objectives, financial situation and needs. The Statement of Advice will contain the advice, the basis on which it is given and information about fees, commissions and associations which may have influenced the provision of the advice.

In the event we make a recommendation to acquire a particular financial product (other than securities), or offer to issue or arrange the issue of a financial product, we must also provide you with a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) containing information about the particular product. A PDS is designed to enable you to make an informed decision in relation to the acquisition of that product.

Do you receive remuneration, commission, fees or other benefit in relation to providing the financial services to me and how is that commission calculated? Portfolio Management Service

The Portfolio Management Services has an initial and ongoing fee structure.

The initial fee for the services is a flat fee calculated on the amount of funds invested and is between 0.5% and 1%. Additionally, there is an ongoing management fee of 1.5% paid monthly in arrears, which is calculated based on the highest monthly balance of the portfolio for the month.

Fees are payable after we provide the service.

GST fees apply in addition to the above fees.

This means that on an investment of $10,000 the initial fee will vary between $50 and $100 with an ongoing annual fee total of $150, paid in 12 monthly payments.

Managed Funds

We receive between 0% and 4% commissions from fund managers and other product issuers whose products we recommend to you.

Some companies also pay us an ongoing commission.

These trail commissions will be calculated on the basis of the funds invested. They will be deducted from the funds you have given the fund manager. These trail commissions range from 0.25 - .5% per annum.

This means that on an investment of $10,000 the initial fee will vary between $0 and $400 and ongoing fees would vary between $25 and $50 pa.

Shares

Our Brokerage comes from the share broker. Brokerage is charged at a standard rate of 0.75%. This brokerage is split between our Share Broker (CMC Markets) and Capital Creation. CMC receives the first $20 of the transaction and Capital Creation receives the balance.

On a sale of $10,000 the broker would receive $20 and Capital Creation would receive $55.

Insurance Products

Our commission comes from the product provider. Commission is charged between 0% - 30% depending on whether it is fully upfront or on an ongoing basis.

If you purchase an insurance product with a premium of $1,000 Capital Creation could receive an upfront commission up to $1,300 along with ongoing commission of up to $300.

The fee is a bi-product of the manner in which insurance products are retailed and it is not in addition to your annual premium.
